Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the returns form completed.

The return cost must be paid by the customer. Return shipping is to the Netherlands or to the UK.

We recommend keeping the proof of postage in case anything happens whilst it is being sent. Once the return is received, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. 

Please note that if your order qualified for a multi-buy discount and you decide to return part of your order to the extent that the discount would no longer have been valid, we will calculate the difference saved and deduct this from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, Certain types of items cannot be returned (including  underwear and swimwear) once garments have been tried on. 
We cannot accept returns for items that have been washed.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@zipsterbaby.com and we'd be happy to assist.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
